Location is in a good neighborhood with lots of services near by. Check in was fast. Room was clean.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful especially the bellman MR.(Turan) not just on check in and check out, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near from Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Istanbul.

We all as a family loved spending time at Arts hotel specially in the lobby. One of my favorite staff was Burak who was really always smiling and taking care of us and checking our needs without telling him anything. This is what I call a five star staff rating. Also the reception team were so corporative. I would definitely come again and again each time I go to Istanbul

A nice luxury hotel located near to Taksim. I have booked Corner Room for my stay and it exceeded my expectation with amazing city view. It was clean, tidy and lighetened. Hotel staff was so kind and helpfull, ecpecially Mr. Turan and Ms. Ayşe at the front desk were so kind and helped us a lot to solve some of our issues. Thanks to them for their kindness, support which made our stay pleasant. I will definitely choose Arts Hotel again during my next visits :D

The stay was V.Goood i stayed in Family Suite. enjoyed the stay with the beautiful view and brakfast was v.goo, location was excelent. I will repeate the experiance.

The room was spacious and very clean , the breakfast Also is good , very good location near to the bus station and metro station ( housman bey ) and very close to taksim place , this hotel is good for professional visit and tourist visit !
